BorgWarner president and CEO bags EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2014 award
BorgWarner’s president and CEO James R Verrier has been given the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2014 award in the automotive category in the Michigan and Northwest Ohio region during a ceremony held recently in Detroit.

Selected by an independent panel of judges made up of previous award winners such as leading CEOs, private capital investors and other regional business leaders, James R Verrier was honored for his entrepreneurial excellence and extraordinary success in areas such as innovation, financial performance, and personal commitment to his businesses and communities.

The 28th Entrepreneur Of The Year programme honours business leaders in more than 60 countries and 145 cities throughout the world. All regional award winners are eligible for consideration for the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2014 National Program. The announcement of the award winners in several national categories as well as the Entrepreneur Of The Year National Overall Award Winner will take place at the annual awards event in Palm Springs, California, on November 15, 2014.
