Autocar Pro's exclusive webinar on 50th Earth Day
The theme of the webinar, to be held on Wednesday, April 22, at 4pm IST, is 'Driving towards a Greener, More Sustainable Auto Industry'.
April 22, 2020 is International Earth Day and marks the 50th anniversary of the birth of the modern environmental movement in 1970. Earth Day is now a global event each year, and over a billion people in 192 countries now take part in what is the largest civic-focused day of action in the world. It is a day of political action and civic participation. People march, sign petitions, meet with their elected officials, plant trees, clean up their towns and roads. Corporations and governments use it to make pledges and announce sustainability measures. Faith leaders too connect Earth Day with protecting the human race, biodiversity and the planet that we all live on. And the automotive industry too is doing its bit to ensure green motoring.
On its part, Autocar Professional, India's leading automotive B2B title, in print, online and events, is hosting an exclusive Earth 50th Day Webinar to mark this global environmental awareness day, so critical in today's time of aggressive climate change.
