Harita Seating Systems Ltd, the Hosur-based manufacturer of seats for two-wheelers, commercial vehicles, buses and tractors and a TVS Group company, has acquired Bangalore-based Polyflex India, one of the largest manufacturers of cold cure moulded polyurethane foam.
