MG emerges as top five best-selling car manufacturer in the G.C.C.

MG Motor has achieved the fifth position among the top car manufacturers in the Middle East automotive market. With a sales growth of 11% in 2023, totalling 63,691 units, MG has secured a 4.2% market share in the active Middle East markets.

MG's growth in market share is particularly notable in the Sultanate of Oman, where it achieved its highest market share of 10%, positioning itself as the second-ranked automotive brand in the country. The MG5 and MG ZS emerged as the best-performing models for MG in the region in 2023.

Looking ahead, MG is preparing for further expansion in 2024, with plans to open 17 new showrooms and 26 service facilities to meet the growing customer demand across the region. This expansion will complement the existing network of 49 showrooms and 47 service centers.

MG's success in the Middle East is attributed to customer trust and confidence in the brand, supported by an ever-growing sales and after-sales network. MG's commitment to exceptional customer service is evident through its investment in state-of-the-art service centers to enhance the ownership experience for customers, the company shared.
