TVS Motor leads with 53,990 units, ahead of Bajaj Auto (48,383) and Ather Energy (30,477).
TVS Motor Company topped electric two-wheeler registrations in September 2026 with 53,990 units, according to Vahan dashboard data recorded on 1 October. Bajaj Auto followed with 48,383 units and Ather Energy with 30,477 units. Hero MotoCorp (24,306) and Ola Electric (13,449) completed the top five.
The 25 makers in the dataset together registered 2,05,951 units. TVS Motor and Bajaj Auto together accounted for about 49.7% of that volume. The top four makers, adding Ather Energy and Hero MotoCorp, held about 76.3%, and the top five about 82.8%.
E-2W Registrations Beyond the Top Five: Greaves, River, BGauss and Bounce
Below the top five, volumes fall away quickly. Greaves Electric Mobility registered 9,316 units, River 5,549, BGauss 5,023 and Bounce 3,069. E-Sprinto Green Energy registered 1,997 units, ranking tenth. Oben Electric (1,417), Simple Energy (1,351), Lectrix (1,153), Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (1,100) and Revolt Intellicorp (1,027) occupied the next five places, all within a band of roughly 400 units.
Smaller Makers: Suzuki, Yamaha, Ultraviolette and the Bottom of the Table
The lower half of the table was led by Suzuki Motorcycle India (652), Motovolt Mobility (635), Quantum Energy (576), Kinetic Watts and Volts (567) and Ultraviolette Automotive (536). Komaki, Kinetic Green, India Yamaha Motor, Gaura Electric Vehicles and Pur Energy each registered fewer than 500 units, with Pur Energy at 121 units at the bottom of the list.
The data covers only the top 25 makers, so shares are calculated against this total rather than the full market.
