Samvardhana Motherson Issues Rs 200 Crore Commercial Paper
Samvardhana Motherson lists 83-day unsecured short-term debt instrument to Kotak Mahindra Bank.
Samvardhana Motherson announced that it has issued commercial paper aggregating Rs 200 crore to Kotak Mahindra Bank to support its short-term funding requirements.
The issuance comprises 4,000 units of unsecured commercial paper carrying a face value of Rs 5,00,000 each. Placed at an annual interest rate of 6.25%, the paper carries a tenure of 83 days, with interest charged upfront and principal redemption scheduled upon maturity on December 22, 2026.
The short-term debt instrument secured listing approval on the BSE, following allotment on September 30, 2026, the company stated in a regulatory filing submitted to the stock exchanges.
