Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt Ltd (SMIPL), the two-wheeler arm of Suzuki Motor Corporation, successfully concluded the third edition of its flagship motorcycling festival, Suzuki Matsuri. Held at Richardson & Cruddas, Mulund West, Mumbai, the event saw over 4,600 participants from diverse backgrounds coming together for a day of activities, entertainment, and community bonding.

Devashish Handa, Executive Vice President - Sales, Marketing, and After-Sales at SMIPL, said, “Suzuki Matsuri is a heartfelt ode to the passion, innovation, and camaraderie that define the spirit of motorcycling. This celebration is not just an event; it is our way of paying obeisance to the phenomenon of motorcycling, which inspires and drives us forward.”

Participants had the opportunity to test their skills on specially curated tracks. The Gymkhana track for Suzuki GIXXER and Avenis models and the Enduro track for Suzuki V-Strom SX allowed riders to experience the performance and maneuverability of Suzuki two-wheelers.

A key highlight was the Suzuki Parade, featuring diverse riding groups from across the region. For the first time, an all-female group of Suzuki V-Strom riders participated, adding a touch of inclusivity and diversity to the event.

Creative and engaging zones such as tattoo booths, cosplay artists, graffiti installations, and a Suzuki media wall provided fun-filled experiences for attendees. Professional stunt shows by expert riders and interactions with automotive influencers further elevated the excitement.

The entertainment segment featured high-energy performances, including a DJ set by DJ Sazi.

Six participants won special prizes at lucky draws. The event also honored long-term Suzuki customers—those associated with the brand for over a decade—acknowledging their loyalty and commitment. The “Post & Win” social media contest connected the online community, extending the festival's reach.

Suzuki Matsuri 2024 successfully reinforced the company's commitment to fostering community spirit, innovation, and a shared passion for motorcycling.
