Skoda Auto India has expanded its presence in Punjab with the inauguration of two new customer facilities on February 7, 2026. The expansion includes a sales facility in Ludhiana and the company's first customer touchpoint in Hoshiarpur, bringing the total number of Skoda facilities in the state to 10.

Both facilities have been established in partnership with Krishna Auto Sales Pvt. Ltd. The Ludhiana location features a 2,800 square foot sales area with display space for four vehicles. The Hoshiarpur facility operates as a compact 3S (sales, service, and spares) center, comprising a 1,600 square foot sales area with space for three cars and a 1,900 square foot service facility equipped with two service bays.

Ashish Gupta, Brand Director of Škoda Auto India, highlighted the significance of the expansion, noting that 2025 was the company's strongest year in India. He emphasized that Punjab's automotive culture makes it an important market for the brand, and the new facilities will bring the company's full product range closer to customers in the region.

The expansion forms part of Škoda Auto India's broader network growth strategy. The company has grown from 120 touchpoints in 2021 to over 325 touchpoints across 183 cities nationwide. In 2025, Škoda Auto India recorded 107% year-on-year growth with 72,665 cars sold.

Sumit Passi, Dealer Partner at Krishna Auto Sales Pvt. Ltd., expressed commitment to providing enhanced customer experiences and service support through the new facilities.

Both new touchpoints incorporate Škoda's Modern Solid global design philosophy, aimed at creating a welcoming environment for customers while delivering consistent sales and aftersales experiences.
