Renault Opens New 'R Store' in Ghaziabad, Marking Delhi NCR Debut of Global Retail Concept

Renault India has inaugurated its first new 'R store' in Delhi NCR, located in Ghaziabad, as part of its ongoing brand transformation initiative. The facility was opened by Stéphane Deblaise, the newly appointed CEO of Renault Group India.

The 3S facility (Sales, Service, and Spares) occupies 17,019 square feet and is positioned to serve Ghaziabad and surrounding areas. The store provides comprehensive services including vehicle sales, after-sales service, spare parts, and merchandise under one roof.

Francisco Hidalgo, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Renault India, emphasized the importance of the Delhi NCR market for the company. He noted that the new store represents a continuation of the company's expansion plans under its "renault. rethink." strategy, which focuses on delivering enhanced customer experiences and aligning global brand values with local market expectations.

The facility showcases Renault's New Visual Identity (NVI), featuring a contemporary black façade and updated logo consistent with international design standards. The interior layout has been redesigned to allow customers to view vehicles from multiple angles, creating a more immersive and comfortable environment for prospective buyers.

The store adheres to Renault's global retail standards, incorporating modern design principles that emphasize style, comfort, and accessibility. This approach reflects the company's broader commitment to upgrading its retail presence across India.

Renault India operates as a fully owned subsidiary of Renault S.A.S. France. The company manufactures vehicles at its Oragadam facility in Chennai, which has an annual production capacity of 480,000 units. Renault's Indian network includes over 430 sales touchpoints and 490 service locations, including 250 Workshop on Wheels facilities nationwide.
