Landmark Cars Reports 10.8% Revenue Growth in Q3FY26; Highest Quarterly Performance

Landmark Cars Reports 10.8% Revenue Growth in Q3FY26; Highest Quarterly Performance

Landmark Cars Limited reported consolidated total revenue from operations of Rs 1,849 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, marking a 10.78% increase compared to Rs 1,669 crore in Q3FY25.

The company achieved an 11.59% sequential growth over Q2FY26, which recorded Rs 1,657 crore in revenue. For the nine-month period ending December 2025, total revenue reached Rs 4,921 crore, up 20% from Rs 4,101 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Vehicle sales, including agency sales and pre-owned vehicles, totaled Rs 1,570 crore in Q3FY26, an increase of 10.41% year-on-year. The nine-month vehicle sales stood at Rs 4,153 crore, representing 21.86% growth over the previous year.

The after-sales service and spare parts division generated Rs 279 crore in Q3FY26, up 12.96% from Rs 247 crore in Q3FY25. This segment recorded its highest quarterly performance, with year-on-year growth exceeding the previous five quarters.

The company experienced temporary supply chain constraints affecting BYD vehicle sales during the quarter. These constraints normalized in January 2026, with demand for BYD cars remaining strong.

During Q3FY26, Landmark Cars operationalized a Mahindra & Mahindra showroom in Hyderabad. A Mercedes-Benz showroom in Bhopal is scheduled to become operational in January 2026.

The company's partner OEMs have planned multiple model launches for calendar year 2026, including the Mahindra XUV 7XO, Mahindra XEV 9S, new-generation Kia Seltos, and new Renault Duster. Deliveries of these models are expected to begin in the March quarter.

Mercedes-Benz is planning to launch 12 new models in 2026.

Landmark Cars is evaluating the impact of new Labor Code regulations based on guidelines from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

The company noted that GST reforms have positively affected the automotive industry.
