Magenta Mobility expands to over 2,000 electric vehicles in 18+ Indian cities

Magenta Mobility has deployed more than 2,000 EVs across 18 cities, aiming to support green logistics. The company plans further fleet expansion, targeting 4,000 three-wheelers and 1,000 four-wheelers by March 2025.

Magenta Mobility expands to over 2,000 electric vehicles in 18+ Indian cities

Magenta Mobility, an integrated electric mobility solutions provider, has reached a milestone by deploying over 2,000 electric vehicles (EVs) across more than 18 cities in India. This development highlights the company's efforts to support green logistics and promote the adoption of EVs in urban transportation.

Magenta's fleet now consists of over 2,000 three-wheelers (3W) and more than 250 four-wheelers (4W), which are operational in cities such as Gurgaon, Delhi, Manesar, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat, Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad, with plans to expand to Jaipur and Lucknow.

The company serves a diverse client base across sectors like e-commerce, courier services, grocery delivery, 3PL, and FMCG, including notable clients such as Flipkart Grocery, Amazon UFF, D-Mart, Zomato Hyperpure, Delhivery, and DHL.

The deployment of these EVs contributes to efforts to reduce carbon emissions and promote green mobility. Supported by a network of over 90 charging depots and more than 1,500 chargers across its operational cities, Magenta Mobility is working toward providing sustainable logistics solutions.

With 80% of our fleet now IoT-enabled and integrated into Norminc, our fleet management platform, we are achieving improvements in operational efficiency and vehicle tracking.”

Looking ahead, Magenta Mobility plans to further expand its fleet to 4,000 three-wheeler EVs and 1,000 four-wheeler EVs by March 2025, aligning with its goal to promote sustainable logistics in India.
