Force Motors Signs MoU with UAE’s W Motors to Co-Develop Vehicles

In a strategic move to expand its global footprint, India’s Force Motors has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with W Motors, the UAE’s leading high-performance luxury sports car manufacturer, during the “Make it in the Emirates” event held in Abu Dhabi. The agreement paves the way for both companies to jointly explore the development and manufacturing of a new vehicle model in the UAE.

“This MOU also encompasses a range of services and initiatives aimed at driving cross-border innovation in mobility solutions, strengthening the partnership between India and the UAE, and targeting both local and global markets,” Force Motors said in a post on LinkedIn.

While specific product details remain under wraps, the project is expected to blend Force Motors’ strengths in engineering and manufacturing with W Motors’ design and performance credentials.

Founded by Ralph R Debbas, W Motors is best known for its ultra-luxury and high-performance vehicles such as the Lykan HyperSport and Fenyr SuperSport. The company is also an emblem of the UAE’s push to emerge as a hub for advanced industrial and automotive innovation.

The collaboration between Force Motors and W Motors also aligns with the UAE’s broader goal of positioning itself as a global hub for automotive manufacturing, innovation, and export.
