Ducati India opens first Service-Only Workshop in Goa

Ducati India has inaugurated its first-ever exclusive Service-Only workshop in Mapusa, North Goa. This facility marks a new addition to Ducati’s expanding after-sales service network in the country.

Spread over 1,200 square feet, the facility features two automated service bays and a customer lounge. Positioned just off National Highway NH-66, the workshop is expected to serve as a convenient service stop for riders travelling along India’s western and southern coastlines.

The Goa workshop will offer routine servicing, accident repairs, and spare parts support, along with the display and fitment of genuine Ducati accessories.

Speaking about the new facility, Bipul Chandra, Managing Director of Ducati India, said that Goa has long been a key destination for riders and that the new setup aligns with Ducati’s efforts to improve after-sales accessibility. He also noted the continued partnership with Legacy Motors, the dealer managing this location.

Pranav Bakre, Dealer Partner at Legacy Motors, said the Goa service centre is part of their long-term plans for regional growth. Following the success of Ducati Pune, Legacy Motors aims to replicate similar service standards in Goa.

A Ducati Owners Club (DOC) dedicated to the region is also expected to be introduced soon.

Ducati Motor Holding, based in Bologna, Italy, continues to focus on design, engineering, and competitive motorsports. The company secured top titles in MotoGP, WorldSBK, and WorldSSP in 2023, and remains the official supplier of electric motorcycles for the MotoE World Cup until 2026.
