DriveX Dealer Doubles Sales in First Month as Franchise Network Reaches 75 Outlets
Quality pre-owned two-wheelers driving success through structured franchise network
DriveX, a platform for pre-owned two-wheelers in India, has expanded its Franchise Owned Franchise Operated (FOFO) network to 75 outlets. The company reported that a new franchise dealer in Anekal, Bengaluru, achieved twice the expected vehicle sales in the first month of operations.
DriveX’s model focuses on technology-based operations, standardised refurbishment, and bundled services including financing, insurance, documentation, and warranty. Each two-wheeler is processed through a 100+ checkpoint refurbishment system before sale and comes with a one-year warranty and three free services.
Dealer Nanjundappa of Sri Venkateshwara Motors, who joined the DriveX network after over 30 years in the two-wheeler business, said the structured process and support helped boost sales and customer interest. The dealership also held a community medical check-up event in the first month to increase local engagement.
DriveX’s FOFO model includes onboarding, digital system integration, and inventory support. The company allows dealers to expand into service and spares through a 3S model and keeps initial documentation minimal to enable faster setup.
Founder and Director Narain Karthikeyan stated that DriveX aims to build trust in the pre-owned two-wheeler space through structured operations and consistent customer experience. The company supports its dealers through regular training, marketing, and operational guidance.
