CASE India launches new construction equipment line with focus on emissions compliance
CASE India introduces new construction equipment models and a telematics app, boosting operational efficiency while adhering to BS CEV V emission standards.
CASE India introduced seven new construction equipment models and a telematics application. The launch includes two vibratory compactors, the 952 NX and 450 NX, along with five models upgraded to meet the BS CEV V emission standards.
The company unveiled its F28 Engine, manufactured at CNH India's Noida plant, designed to comply with the new emission norms while maintaining operational efficiency. The engine, powered by FPT (Fiat Powertrain), features fuel efficiency improvements and enhanced productivity features.
CASE also launched myCASE Construction, a telematics application for fleet management that enables real-time machine tracking, fuel efficiency monitoring, and remote troubleshooting. The app aims to reduce equipment downtime and optimize operations through performance tracking and service record access.
Emre Karazli, Vice-President of Construction Segment at CNH APAC, emphasized India's role as a key market in the global construction equipment industry. Managing Director Shalabh Chaturvedi highlighted the company's commitment to manufacturing in India for both domestic and international markets.
The new 952 NX compactor, weighing 9.2 tons, features a suspended frame design and a two-stage vibration system. The 450 NX, a 2.9-ton compactor, is designed for confined spaces with a 1-meter drum width. Both models include the new telematics system and updated safety features.
CASE's product line expansion comes as India's construction equipment sector experiences growth, driven by infrastructure development and stricter emission regulations. The construction equipment market in India has seen steady expansion, with the compactor segment showing particular strength due to road construction projects.
CNH, CASE's parent company, has maintained a significant presence in India's construction equipment sector for over three decades. The company operates manufacturing facilities in the country and has established a network of dealers and service centers to support its equipment fleet.
