Ather Energy launches Ather care service plans
Ather Energy introduces three Ather Care service plans designed to provide electric two-wheeler owners with free maintenance, discounts on parts, and additional services.
Ather Energy has launched Ather Care service plans for its customers, addressing the need for financial clarity regarding periodic maintenance as more customers transition out of the initial three-year warranty. The Ather Care plans provide free periodic maintenance, discounts on wear-and-tear part replacements, and value-added services such as ExpressCare and polishing.
There are three options available: Ather Care, Ather Care Plus, and Ather Care Max. Each plan covers a duration of one year or 10,000 kilometers, whichever comes first.
The Ather Care plan includes two free periodic maintenance sessions, a 10% discount on wear-and-tear parts once a year, and a 10% discount on labor for wear-and-tear replacements once a year. The Ather Care Plus plan offers two free periodic maintenance sessions, one free polishing, one free wash, a 10% discount on wear-and-tear parts twice a year, and a 15% discount on labor for wear-and-tear replacements twice a year.
The Ather Care Max plan provides two free periodic maintenance sessions, two free brake pad replacements, two free washes, two free ExpressCare services, two free polishings, free belt lubrication, a 10% discount on wear-and-tear parts twice a year, and a 15% discount on labor for wear-and-tear replacements twice a year.
Customers can purchase the plans at any of Ather’s authorized 210 Service Centers or 230 Experience Centers as of September 30, 2024. Benefits can be redeemed exclusively at the dealership where the plan is purchased. The prices for the plans range from ₹1,130 to ₹2,400, offering benefits of up to ₹5,900 depending on the plan and the city of purchase. The introduction of Ather Care plans aims to address concerns regarding the maintenance costs of electric two-wheelers.
