TVS launches face-lifted Phoenix 125

TVS Motor Company has launched the 2015 edition TVS Phoenix 125, priced at Rs 51,990 (drum brakes) and Rs 55,899 (disc brakes), ex-showroom Delhi.

Some of the facelifted bike’s highlights are tank scoops, body-coloured front visor and pillion grab rails, and a white backlit digital speedometer which includes a rev indicator, a service reminder and low battery indicator. It also gets the ‘Vehicle Location Assist’ feature which enables the rider to easily locate his motorcycle in a parking lot by pressing a button on his vehicle key. 

TVS says the 2015 edition TVS Phoenix 125 is powered by a further refined 125cc EcoThrust engine which delivers 11bhp and fuel economy of 67km per litre. To enable comfortable ride and handling, the bike gets monotube inverted gas (MIG) filled canister shocks with series spring.

Commenting on the launch, K N Radhakrishnan, president and CEO, TVS Motor Company, said: “We have taken the Phoenix 125 to the next level, infusing an element of excitement into the product. The 2015 edition now comes with a whole range of class-leading exciting features and new styling elements.”
