Greaves Cotton which is a key player in the three-wheeler segment in India through its subsidiary Greaves Electric Mobility is witnessing increasing EV penetration in the country's last-mile mobility segment. While it is seeing a transformation in the market, the company says its product portfolio is aligned for future market requirements.
In this interview, Sandip Chaudhari, CTO, Greaves Cotton reveals how the company is ready with all types of powertrains - CNG and EVs - in the three-wheeler segment, and is also readying a Hydrogen-ICE three-wheeler demonstrator.
