Tata Motors, which switched to its second-generation EV-specific platform - acti.ev - with the introduction of the Tata Punch EV in January 2024, is realising the benefits of the various built-in technical advancements of this architecture that enables safety, efficiency, as well as seamless connectivity in the cars underpinned by this architecture. 

In this conversation, Anand Kulkarni, Chief Product Officer, and Head of HV Programs, Tata Passenger Electric Mobility, takes a deep dive into the salient features of the acti.ev architecture, and gives a peek into the future with the company's upcoming 'acti.ev Plus' architecture in the Harrier EV slated for launch later this year.
