Zoomcar Launches 'ZoomPro' Platform for Fleet Operators in India’s Self-Drive Market

Zoomcar Holdings, a peer-to-peer car-sharing marketplace, has introduced ZoomPro, a new business-to-business (B2B) platform tailored for large fleet operators in India’s self-drive rental sector. The dashboard is designed to enable fleet partners to manage bookings, pricing, and vehicles without relying solely on the Zoomcar mobile app.

The company stated that ZoomPro is part of its strategy to enhance professionalization and scale within the self-drive ecosystem. According to Anirudh Lamba, Head of Marketing and Partnerships at Zoomcar, the platform is intended to support partners in improving fleet performance and guest experience while enabling growth.

ZoomPro offers a centralized view of bookings across multiple vehicles, allows access for multiple users, and includes real-time smart car reassignment features. It also supports vehicle performance tracking, provides AI-based pricing recommendations, facilitates e-invoicing for B2B partners, and enables API integration for managing larger fleets.

Planned updates to the platform include bulk onboarding features, more detailed fleet and booking controls, and AI-driven recommendations to optimize earnings. Zoomcar also plans to introduce upgraded support using large language model (LLM) technology for faster and more personalized assistance.

Vishal Ramrakhyani, Head of Engineering at Zoomcar, noted that ZoomPro is built for multi-city, multi-user operations and aims to provide a data-driven foundation for scaling the company’s supply operations.

The rollout of ZoomPro follows a series of performance indicators reported by Zoomcar for FY25. These include a contribution profit of $4.25 million at a 47% margin, a 10% increase in bookings year-over-year, and an 86% rise in repeat users. The company also reported a 58% growth in high-rated host cars (rated 4.5 stars or above) and a 67% reduction in operating losses.

Zoomcar stated that the launch aligns with its focus on sustainable, technology-led business growth and enhancing the capabilities of fleet operators in the self-drive market.

Established in 2013 and headquartered in Bengaluru, Zoomcar operates a digital platform that connects individual car owners with renters across India, promoting flexible and accessible vehicle sharing.
