Zingbus Projects ₹350 Crore Revenue for FY26 Amid Route Expansion

New Delhi-based intercity bus service Zingbus has set a revenue target of over ₹350 crore for fiscal year 2026, the company announced Monday. The projection marks anticipated year-on-year growth compared to FY25, according to financial statements filed with the Registrar of Companies.

The company has expanded its network with 28 new routes for its Zingbus Maxx and Zingbus Plus services across North and South India. Much of the fleet expansion occurred on existing routes to provide travelers with more scheduling options.

"As we work towards our FY26 growth goals, there has been a clear focus on demand-led expansion, adding routes where we continuously observe high passenger demand," said Prashant Kumar, co-founder and CEO of Zingbus. He noted the company aims to scale operations while maintaining operational efficiency.

Zingbus has served 3 million travelers to date across its network. The company operates through an asset-light model, partnering with bus operators rather than owning vehicles directly. This approach has allowed the company to double its fleet size year over year while working toward profitability.

The company recently introduced electric buses to its fleet. Through electric vehicle and sustainability programs, Zingbus reports it has offset over 593,000 kilograms of CO₂ emissions, measured with climate-impact partner Climes.

Zingbus currently operates more than 300 buses across 200 cities in over 20 states, having completed 6 million journeys. The company plans additional route launches in South India in coming months as it continues partnering with bus operators to expand its network.
