Zepto partners with Park+ to provide delivery of car care products
Zepto collaborates with Park+ to offer 15 premium car care products, including cleaning kits and comfort accessories, across eight locations in India.
Zepto, a consumer internet brand known for fast deliveries, has partnered with Park+, a provider of car care solutions, to deliver 15 premium car care products across eight locations in India. The initiative aims to enhance convenience for car owners by offering easy access to products like cleaning kits, comfort accessories, and maintenance tools.
With over 50 million private cars in India, the demand for high-quality car care products is increasing. The collaboration between Zepto and Park+ seeks to address this demand by making these products more accessible and affordable for consumers.
The Park+ range of car care products includes items across various price categories. Products under ₹200 include car shampoo, glass cleaner, scratch remover, and car dustbins. The ₹500 range features travel neck pillows, hanging tissue boxes, and microfiber cloths. Products priced under ₹1,000 include car cleaning kits and 3-in-1 cushions, while the ₹2,000 range offers long backrests and tailbone cushions.
Amit Lakhotia, Founder and CEO of Park+, highlighted the partnership’s objective of simplifying car ownership by providing convenient access to essential products. He mentioned plans to expand the Park+ car care product lineup on Zepto to over 150 items within the next three months.
Chandan Mendiratta, Chief Brand Officer at Zepto, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, emphasising that the partnership aligns with Zepto’s focus on speed and convenience. He noted that adding Park+ products enhances the platform’s offerings and provides users with reliable access to essential car care items.
Zepto, an emerging name in India’s quick commerce segment, focuses on delivering groceries, everyday essentials, and now car care products in a matter of minutes. Established to cater to urban India's increasing demand for speed and convenience, Zepto has grown rapidly by leveraging its micro-warehouse model and optimising delivery networks. Operating in major metropolitan areas, it has become a preferred option for customers seeking reliable and swift delivery services for items ranging from daily staples to niche products like premium car care tools.
In India's competitive quick commerce sector, Zepto faces significant rivalry from established players such as Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, and Dunzo. These platforms also operate on rapid delivery promises, offering diverse product ranges and targeting similar customer bases.
Swiggy Instamart, with its integration into the larger Swiggy ecosystem, benefits from an existing user base, while Blinkit has aligned itself with Zomato, gaining extensive market reach. Dunzo, known for its task-oriented delivery services, is evolving to focus more on groceries and essentials.
