Electric two-wheeler manufacturer ZELIO Ebikes, teased its upcoming electric scooter, the X-MEN 2.0, scheduled for launch on November 12. The new low-speed scooter boasts a range of 100 kilometers per charge, aimed at providing an efficient and eco-friendly option for daily commuters.

The X-MEN 2.0 builds on the legacy of the original X-MEN series, which debuted in multiple low-speed variants. This latest version includes improvements in both performance and design, making it suitable for city commuters, including students, office workers, and other urban riders.

Manufactured at ZELIO's facility in Ladwa, Hisar, Haryana—which has an annual production capacity of 72,000 vehicles per shift—the X-MEN 2.0 reflects the company’s commitment to high-quality production standards tailored to India’s varied road conditions. ZELIO Ebikes has grown rapidly since its founding in 2021, with over 256 dealerships and more than 200,000 customers nationwide.

The X-MEN 2.0 will be available in authorized ZELIO dealerships across India starting on its launch date, November 12, with plans to extend the dealership network to 400 locations by March 2025. This expansion aims to make eco-friendly transportation more accessible across the country, supporting a larger shift toward sustainable mobility solutions.

The ZELIO X-MEN electric scooter comes equipped with either a 12V/28AH gel battery or a 60V/30A lithium-ion battery, providing flexibility in performance and durability. Its 60/72V BLDC motor powers the scooter with efficiency, making it an ideal option for urban commutes.

Focused on sustainability and cost-effectiveness, the X-MEN is a low-speed electric scooter with a low power consumption rate, using only 1.5 units of electricity per charge. Riders can expect a mileage range of 60 to 90 kilometers per charge, depending on factors like speed and battery type.

Additional features include a USB charging port for on-the-go device charging, a footrest for added passenger comfort, and keyless drive capability, adding to the modern, user-friendly design.

For safety and stability, the scooter is outfitted with disc brakes on the front wheel and drum brakes on the rear, providing reliable stopping power. Its 90-100/10 tires are designed for urban roads, ensuring good grip and stability. The hydraulic suspension system enhances ride comfort, absorbing shocks from road bumps.
