VinFast Partners with myTVS to Strengthen After-Sales Network in India
VinFast Auto India signs a strategic collaboration with myTVS to establish 120 Extended Service Workshops nationwide, aiming to strengthen its after-sales and support infrastructure ahead of its EV launch in India.
VinFast Auto India, the Indian subsidiary of global electric vehicle manufacturer VinFast, has announced a strategic partnership with automotive service provider myTVS to enhance its after-sales service capabilities across the country. The collaboration includes the development of 120 Extended Service Workshops, marking a key step in VinFast’s preparations to enter the Indian EV market.
This service expansion will work in tandem with the company’s upcoming dealership and service network to improve accessibility to vehicle maintenance and support for customers nationwide. The partnership is designed to support VinFast's operational scale-up and provide service coverage through myTVS’s infrastructure and technical expertise.
Pham Sanh Chau, CEO of VinFast Asia, said the collaboration reflects the company’s broader focus on offering consistent service and support as it grows in India. Natarajan Srinivasan, CEO of myTVS, noted that the partnership will combine VinFast’s electric mobility offerings with myTVS’s digital after-sales service platform to support scale and convenience.
The two companies will also cooperate on technician training and network expansion to ensure service readiness ahead of VinFast’s product launch in India.
VinFast is a subsidiary of Vietnam’s Vingroup JSC. It manufactures a range of electric vehicles, including SUVs, e-scooters, and e-buses, and is expanding its presence in North America, Europe, and Asia.
