VinFast India, the domestic subsidiary of Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer VinFast, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Federal Bank to offer customized inventory financing solutions for its authorized dealer network across India.

Under the agreement, Federal Bank will provide tailored credit and working capital facilities to help VinFast dealers manage vehicle inventory cycles and align retail stock with customer demand. The arrangement was signed by Tapan Ghosh, Chief Executive Officer of VinFast Asia, and Kumkum Jain, Additional Senior Vice President at The Federal Bank Limited.

The financing agreement comes as VinFast scales its retail footprint in the country. The company recently inaugurated its 60th 3S (Sales, Service, and Spares) facility and remains on course to expand its nationwide network to 75 dealerships by the end of 2026.

Tapan Ghosh, CEO of VinFast Asia, said, "Our partnership with Federal Bank is an important step towards equipping our dealer partners with the financial flexibility needed to support business growth and operational efficiency as we continue to expand our footprint across India."
