Ultraviolette inaugurates its sixth UV Space Station in Visakhapatnam, offering advanced electric motorcycle services and expanding its footprint in India.
Ultraviolette has opened its latest UV Space Station in Visakhapatnam, marking the company's expansion into Andhra Pradesh. This new center adds to existing facilities in Bangalore, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kochi, and Hyderabad, bringing the total to six, with plans to open additional centers by the end of the year.
The Visakhapatnam UV Space Station showcases the high-performance F77 MACH 2 electric motorcycle and aligns with Ultraviolette's strategy of entering key markets. Covering 2300 sq. ft., the center operates as a 3S facility, offering sales, service, and spares. It also features advanced digital diagnostics and provides direct technical support from Ultraviolette’s headquarters in Bengaluru.
The F77 Mach 2 electric motorcycle is powered by a 10.3 kWh SRB7 Lithium-ion battery, offering a long range and high performance. It comes with an 800,000 km battery warranty, which is considered a leading feature in the electric vehicle sector.
Narayan Subramaniam, CEO & Co-Founder of Ultraviolette, said, “The opening of the UV Space Station in Visakhapatnam is an important step in our expansion. Visakhapatnam's growing infrastructure and focus on urban development make it an ideal location for this facility, supporting the city’s efforts in cleaner and more advanced mobility."
Niraj Rajmohan, CTO & Co-Founder of Ultraviolette, added, “Visakhapatnam is set to play a key role in India's electric mobility landscape. The government's focus on developing the region, coupled with the implementation of phase-II of FAME (Faster Adoption and Manufacturing of Hybrid and Electric Vehicles), enhances the opportunities for sustainable electric vehicle ecosystems. We are excited to contribute to these efforts."
The UV Space Station is located at Diamond Park Rd, Akkayyapalem, Visakhapatnam. The F77 MACH 2 electric motorcycle, which has received several awards for its design and performance, is now available for purchase and test rides at the new center.
