TVS Automobile Solutions, which operates the myTVS multi-brand automotive aftermarket platform, has raised Rs 425 crore in a Series D funding round led by CE-Invests, according to a report by The Times of India.
The fresh capital infusion is intended to support the company's domestic technology deployment, artificial intelligence integration, and market expansion into the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. CE-Invests is the strategic investment platform of UAE-based Crescent Enterprise.
TVS Automobile Solutions Funding History and Path to Public Listing
The funding follows earlier equity raises totaling approximately Rs 690 crore, including Rs 203 crore from Exor's investment arm Lingotto in 2022 and Rs 487 crore from Castrol in 2023. Part of the TVS Mobility Group, the company reached EBITDA breakeven in FY26 and is targeting near-term revenue growth between 25% and 35%, while building scale ahead of a planned public market listing, The Times of India reported.
myTVS Plans for Expansion in Other Markets
R Dinesh, Director, TVS Automobile Solutions, told The Times of India, "This investment is a further proof that this technology-led platform is capable of delivering a similar experience in other markets."
