Tata Technologies and Tenneco LLC, a designer, manufacturer and distributor of advanced mobility products for original equipment and aftermarket customers, have marked a new milestone in their long-standing global partnership, reinforcing plans to scale future-ready capabilities from India.

The two companies formalized the expanded agreement at a signing ceremony held on June 30 at Bombay House in Mumbai, the headquarters of the Tata Group. The venue underscored the growing strategic weight the companies are placing on the relationship.

Jon Bagrosky, Chief Administrative Officer at Tenneco, and Warren Harris, CEO and Managing Director of Tata Technologies, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies. The deal reaffirms a shared commitment to advancing technical excellence, digital innovation and long-term growth, and includes Tenneco's planned investment of over $100 million in the engagement over the next five years.

Bagrosky said the expanded partnership builds on a foundation the two companies have developed over time and reflects the continued importance of India as a strategic growth region for Tenneco. He added that the move strengthens the capabilities, scale and agility needed to support customers and respond to shifting market conditions.

Harris described Tenneco as a valued strategic partner and said the expanded engagement reflects the strength of that relationship. He said Tata Technologies aims to combine domain expertise, digital capabilities and business-transformation experience to support Tenneco's global growth plans as it continues its mobility transformation journey.

The partnership dates back to 2021 and has grown to support Tenneco's broader engineering and business-transformation priorities. It is anchored by Tata Technologies' Global Engineering Center in Pune, which brings together technical expertise, digital tools and AI-enabled capabilities aimed at accelerating product development and improving performance across Tenneco's global operations.

Tata Technologies is a global product engineering and digital services company that works with OEMs and enterprises across the automotive, aerospace and industrial machinery sectors, among others. Tenneco operates through its DRiV, Performance Solutions, Clean Air, Powertrain and Champion business groups, serving light vehicle, commercial truck, off-highway, industrial, motorsport and aftermarket customers worldwide.
