Tata Technologies Launches '#Reignite2025' to Help Women Engineers Restart Careers
The initiative offers training and mentorship with an aim to empower women on career breaks to reconnect with their professional aspirations in engineering.
Tata Technologies, a global product engineering and digital services company, announced the launch of '#Reignite2025''. The gender diversity-focused hiring campaign aims to help women engineers resume their careers after taking breaks through a comprehensive three-stage program offering specialized training and mentorship opportunities.
The program addresses a significant challenge faced by women professionals who take career breaks due to various life circumstances, particularly as technology and required skills continue to evolve rapidly. Through #Reignite2025, Tata Technologies aims to bridge this gap by providing a structured pathway back to professional engineering roles.
The initiative consists of three distinct stages: Explore, Elevate, and Engage. During the Explore phase, shortlisted candidates participate in orientation sessions led by women experts, covering topics such as modern digital engineering services. The Elevate stage offers specialized training in technical and soft skills, while the Engage phase provides participants with paid internship opportunities under experienced mentors.
Successful participants will have the opportunity to join Tata Technologies' global workforce of over 12,500 professionals, with access to international projects and continuous learning resources. The company is currently accepting applications until February 24, 2025, with an orientation day scheduled for March 6, 2025, for shortlisted candidates.
The program aligns with Tata Technologies' vision of #EngineeringABetterWorld and reflects the company's dedicated efforts to promote gender diversity in the engineering sector.Interested candidates can apply through the company's designated platform for available roles in Digital Skills across India.
Those who complete various stages of the program will receive certificates acknowledging their participation and achievement, ranging from the orientation program certificate to the Reignite Internship Program Certificate. The initiative also offers access to classroom and e-learning platforms for continued professional development.
