Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd. reported total sales of 63,760 units across domestic and international markets in July 2026, a 59% increase from 40,175 units in the corresponding month last year. Compared with June 2026, when the company sold 63,083 passenger vehicles, July volumes increased marginally by 677 units, or around 1.1%.
Domestic passenger vehicle sales stood at 62,611 units during the month, up 58% from 39,521 units in July 2025. This was also slightly higher than the 62,076 domestic units reported in June 2026. International business sales rose to 1,149 units from 654 units a year earlier and improved from 1,007 units recorded in June.
The company's electric vehicle sales across domestic and international markets reached 15,217 units in July, representing a 114% year-on-year increase from 7,124 units. The July performance follows a strong June, when Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles sold 63,083 cars and SUVs, up 69% year-on-year. June also saw EV dispatches reach 14,800 units and international shipments rise to 1,007 units.
