Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Reports 57% Growth in February
Total PV sales, including electric vehicles, increased 35% year-on-year to 63,331 units.
Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd. reported total sales of 63,331 units in the domestic and international markets in February 2026, compared with 46,811 units in February 2025, registering a 57% year-on-year increase.
Domestic passenger vehicle (PV) sales stood at 62,329 units in February 2026, up 34% from 46,435 units in the corresponding month last year. International business (IB) sales rose to 1,002 units from 376 units, marking a 167% increase.
Total PV sales, including electric vehicles, increased 35% year-on-year to 63,331 units from 46,811 units.
Electric vehicle (EV) sales, comprising domestic and international volumes, grew 57% to 8,385 units in February 2026, compared with 5,343 units in February 2025. These figures include sales from Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Limited, a subsidiary of the company.
Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd., part of the Tata Group, was renamed from Tata Motors Limited following a composite scheme of arrangement sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, effective October 13, 2025.
