Tata Motors launches nationwide 'Customer Care Mahotsav' to with regards to commercial vehicle after-sales experience
The program, running from 23rd October to 24th December 2024, offers vehicle check-ups, value-added services, and driver training, targeted the improvement of customer engagement across Tata Motors' extensive commercial vehicle service network in India.
Tata Motors has inaugurated its "Customer Care Mahotsav," a nationwide program aimed at engaging commercial vehicle customers. The program, which will run from 23rd October to 24th December 2024, is designed to improve after-sales services and customer experience.
It will take place across over 2,500 authorised service outlets throughout India and will involve discussions with fleet owners and drivers. Customers will benefit from thorough vehicle check-ups performed by trained technicians, as well as access to various value-added services. Additionally, drivers will be provided with training on safe and fuel-efficient driving practices, under the company's Sampoorna Seva 2.0 initiative.
During the launch of the 2024 edition, Girish Wagh, Executive Director at Tata Motors, explained the significance of the event. He noted that 23rd October marks the sale of the company’s first commercial vehicle in 1954, a date now celebrated as Customer Care Day.
He also emphasised that this initiative aims to deliver high-quality service through detailed vehicle check-ups and by offering multiple customer benefits. Tata Motors seeks to strengthen its relationships with stakeholders and invites customers to participate in the program at their nearest authorised service centers.
Tata Motors offers a wide range of value-added services through its Sampoorna Seva 2.0 initiative, which supports commercial vehicle customers throughout the vehicle's lifecycle. These services include breakdown assistance, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), guaranteed turnaround times, and access to genuine spare parts. Additionally, the company’s Fleet Edge connected vehicle platform helps operators manage their fleets efficiently by maximising vehicle uptime and reducing overall ownership costs.
