Syrma SGS Technology Reports 112% Jump in Q1 FY27 Net Profit to Rs 106 Crore
Electronics manufacturer sees revenue rise 67% to Rs 1,604 crore behind scaling automotive, consumer, and export programs.
Electronics system design and manufacturing company Syrma SGS Technology Limited reported a 111.8% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, reaching Rs 105.7 crore compared to Rs 49.9 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
Consolidated total revenue for the quarter grew 67.1% to Rs 1,603.7 crore, up from Rs 960 crore in Q1 FY26. Export revenue accounted for 24% of total operating revenue, registering a 67% year-on-year expansion.
Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) for the quarter rose 72% to Rs 176.6 crore from Rs 102.7 crore in the year-ago period. Consolidated EBITDA margins expanded by 31 basis points to 11.0%.
Management attributed the performance to volume scaling in its automotive and consumer divisions, alongside an expanding export contribution as new customer programs onboarded during FY26 commenced commercial scale.
Corporate developments during the period included entering into a strategic joint venture with Japan’s KAGA Electronics Co., Ltd. to support Japanese OEM clients in India.
