Suzuki Launches OBD-2B Compliant 2025 V-Strom 800DE in India at ₹10.30 Lakh
Now available in three updated colour options, the adventure-tourer features a 776cc parallel-twin engine, long-travel suspension, and electronic rider aids, complying with the latest OBD-2B emission regulations.
Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. (SMIPL) has introduced the updated 2025 V-Strom 800DE in the Indian market. Priced at ₹10,30,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi), the adventure-tourer now meets OBD-2B emission norms and is available in three new colour options.
The Pearl Tech White variant features blue spoked rims, Champion Yellow No.2 gets black body panels with blue rims, while the Glass Sparkle Black variant includes grey and red graphics with black rims. The motorcycle is available through Suzuki’s big bike dealerships across the country.
Powered by a 776cc parallel-twin DOHC engine with a 270-degree crankshaft, the V-Strom 800DE offers a balance between low-end control and high-end performance. It features a steel frame for stability, long-travel Hitachi Astemo (SHOWA) suspension with 220 mm front and rear travel, and a 21-inch aluminium front rim with Dunlop TRAILMAX MIXTOUR tires.
The motorcycle also comes with a 20-litre fuel tank and includes a range of electronic features such as Suzuki Intelligent Ride System (S.I.R.S.), three-mode Suzuki Drive Mode Selector (SDMS), traction control with Gravel mode, ride-by-wire throttle, bi-directional quick shifter, two-mode ABS, Low RPM Assist, and Suzuki Easy Start System.
Suzuki Motorcycle India, a subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation, began its operations in 2006 and manufactures 125cc scooters, premium motorcycles, and big bikes at its Gurugram plant with a 1.3 million unit annual capacity.
