SUPRA SAEINDIA 2025 Set for August at Buddh International Circuit
61 teams from engineering institutes to compete in formula-style vehicle design competition from August 13-16.
The 12th edition of SUPRA SAEINDIA, titled "Maruti Suzuki Presents SUPRA SAEINDIA 2025", will take place from August 13-16, 2025 at Buddh International Circuit in Greater Noida, bringing together 61 teams from engineering institutes to compete in India's student engineering design competition where participants design, build, and race formula-style vehicles.
The four-day event will feature 1,500 engineering students competing across two categories: 13 teams in the Electric Vehicle category and 48 teams in the Combustion Vehicle category. Participants will compete in static and dynamic events before the endurance race tests vehicle reliability, efficiency, and teamwork.
SUPRA SAEINDIA serves as a platform for undergraduate engineering students to develop industry-ready skills through practical automotive challenges. The competition has impacted over 20,000 engineering students across 11 previous editions.
Maruti Suzuki India Limited returns as Title Sponsor, with support from TE Connectivity, Pioneer India Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Dassault Systèmes, EDS Technologies, Envision Energy India, Ansys, Rane Group, Munjal Kiriu, UCAL, and JK Fenner.
ICAT (International Centre for Automotive Technology) serves as Supporting Partner, KIET Group of Institutions as Host Partner, and Migatronic as Hot Pit Partner for the event.
