Statiq has announced a strategic partnership with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) to integrate HPCL’s electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure into the Statiq mobile app via its EVLinq platform. The collaboration aims to improve access to EV chargers and support the development of a unified charging network across the country.

Statiq has announced a strategic partnership with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) to integrate HPCL’s electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure into the Statiq mobile app via its EVLinq platform. The collaboration aims to improve access to EV chargers and support the development of a unified charging network across the country.
As part of the integration, more than 5,100 chargers from HPCL’s network — including 2,900 DC fast chargers — will be made available on the EVLinq platform. This addition is expected to strengthen public access to EV infrastructure at a time when HPCL continues to expand its footprint under the Ministry of Heavy Industries’ PM eDrive scheme. With over 23,000 petrol pumps nationwide, HPCL’s network offers significant potential for EV users across urban and highway locations.
EVLinq enables real-time discovery, navigation, and charging at connected stations. The platform also provides backend monitoring and is compatible with multiple charging protocols, supporting a wide range of electric vehicles.
This collaboration marks a step forward for EVLinq, which serves as an aggregation and interoperability platform used by charge point operators (CPOs) and e-mobility service providers (eMSPs) to connect users with charging solutions. By incorporating HPCL’s network, the platform is expected to improve visibility and utilization of chargers.
Raghav Arora, Co-Founder and CTO of Statiq, noted that the partnership helps expand the platform’s network and aligns with the company’s goal of simplifying EV charging for users across India.
Statiq currently operates over 8,000 AC and DC chargers in more than 70 cities and has outlined plans to install 20,000 charging points by the end of 2025. Through its partnerships with public and private stakeholders, the company continues to focus on building accessible and interoperable EV charging infrastructure to meet rising demand.
