Škoda Auto made its first public presentation of the Epiq Sportline at the Paris Motor Show on 8 October 2026, alongside the all-electric Peaq, giving visitors the chance to see both of the brand's newest electric models together in one place for the first time.

The Epiq Sportline is the newest variant in the Epiq lineup. It carries the design elements characteristic of Škoda's Sportline trim, a specification level the company applies across multiple models in its range to denote a sportier visual treatment. No pricing or detailed technical specification for the Sportline variant has been announced at this stage.

The Paris show marks a significant point in Škoda's electric vehicle expansion. The company introduced two new all-electric models this year — the compact Epiq and the larger Peaq — effectively doubling its battery-electric lineup in a single year. The Epiq is positioned as the accessible entry point to the brand's electric range, aimed at buyers considering their first battery-electric vehicle, while the Peaq functions as the range's upper-tier model and new electric flagship. Together, the two vehicles have recorded more than 70,000 orders since their respective launches.

Paris Motor Show 2026: Why Škoda Chose Paris for the Epiq Sportline

The Paris Motor Show, held biennially at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, is one of the automotive industry's established international showcases and a platform brands frequently use to time new model or variant reveals. Škoda's choice to debut the Epiq Sportline here reflects the model's relevance to the European market, where city-sized SUVs in the electric segment have seen growing demand.
