Skoda Auto India has unveiled Skoda Super Care, a new ownership programme that will be implemented across its complete vehicle range starting in 2026. The initiative aims to enhance customer experience through extended coverage and predictable maintenance costs.
The programme includes a four-year standard warranty, four years of roadside assistance, and four complimentary labour-free services. Among these services are newly introduced check-ins at 1,000 kilometres and 7,500 kilometres, designed to establish early engagement between customers and service centres.
According to Ashish Gupta, Brand Director of Skoda Auto India, the programme represents a commitment to supporting customers throughout their ownership journey. The initiative focuses on providing transparency, value, and confidence at every stage of vehicle ownership.
The maintenance structure incorporates periodic services at 15,000 kilometres and 30,000 kilometres, alongside the early check-in appointments. Customers will have access to transparent pricing, convenient scheduling through digital and dealer channels, and service from trained technicians using genuine parts.
Service enhancements under the programme include streamlined booking processes, itemised billing, reduced turnaround times, and real-time updates on service status. Support will be delivered through Skoda's network spanning 183 cities with over 325 customer touchpoints nationwide.
The automaker has positioned Super Care as part of its broader strategy to build long-term relationships with customers by offering predictable costs and comprehensive support. The programme applies to Skoda's Indian lineup, which currently includes the Kylaq, Slavia, Kushaq, and Kodiaq models.
Skoda Auto India, operating in the country since 2001, is part of the Volkswagen Group and delivered more than 926,000 vehicles globally in 2024.
