Skoda Auto India launched its Exchange Carnival this August across its showroom network, providing customers with free evaluation of existing vehicles, special exchange bonuses on trade-ins, and spot booking benefits on the company's model range, with mega events scheduled in six major cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Pune.

The carnival commenced in Bengaluru on August 23-24, with other cities scheduled to follow in coming weeks. The initiative targets customers looking to upgrade to Škoda's portfolio of vehicles including the Kylaq, Slavia, Kushaq, and Kodiaq.

Škoda Auto India operates through over 305 customer touchpoints across 176 cities, positioning the exchange program as part of its customer outreach strategy. The company is hosting centralized mega exchange events alongside regular offers available across India.

"The Exchange Carnival is a testament to our customer-first philosophy and our commitment to delivering a premium ownership experience. By leveraging our strong dealer network and organizing large-scale events in key markets, we are ensuring that customers across the country have convenient and engaging avenues to upgrade to the Škoda family. This initiative not only showcases our award-winning product portfolio but also reinforces the value, trust, and service excellence that come with owning a Škoda," said Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Škoda Auto India.

The program includes a targeted customer outreach component as part of Škoda's strategy to expand its customer base in India.
