Standalone revenue from operations during Q2 FY27 reached Rs 595.81 crore, reflecting a 20.1 percent increase year-on-year compared to Rs 495.91 crore in Q2 FY26, and a 1.4 percent rise sequentially over Rs 587.79 crore in Q1 FY27.
Total expenses grew 22.5 percent year-on-year to Rs 555.09 crore against Rs 453.27 crore in the year-ago quarter, driven by a cost of materials consumed of Rs 237.26 crore, stock-in-trade purchases of Rs 130.25 crore, and other expenses of Rs 164.30 crore. Sequentially, total expenses increased 7.5 percent from Rs 516.38 crore in Q1 FY27.

Consequently, financial results for the prior periods have been re-presented to reflect continuing operations separately.
Alongside its financial results, the board approved a total capital expenditure of Rs 140.40 crore to expand manufacturing capacity across its plant facilities.

Additionally, it will deploy Rs 77.80 crore to add two tapered roller bearing channels at its Pune manufacturing facility, with production scheduled to begin between March 2027 and July 2027 to meet demand and reduce reliance on imported trading volumes.
