Sasken Technologies Limited, a global leader in product engineering and digital transformation services, today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of BORQS International Holding Corp on April 8, 2025. This development follows Sasken’s earlier announcement made on November 9, 2024, outlining its intent to acquire the original design manufacturing (ODM) and software services business of Borqs Technologies, Inc.

The acquisition marks a significant strategic step in Sasken’s growth journey, aligning with its “60x4x3” strategy aimed at enhancing innovation, competitiveness, and long-term value creation across key technology sectors.
