Sanghvi Movers Establishes Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Botswana
The Indian crane rental company has incorporated Sanghvi Movers Botswana Proprietary Limited to expand its operations in the African nation.
Sanghvi Movers Limited announced the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in Botswana on January 14, 2026. The company informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited about the establishment of Sanghvi Movers Botswana Proprietary Limited.
The new subsidiary was incorporated on January 13, 2026, with a share capital of 15,000 Botswana Pula. Sanghvi Movers Limited will hold 100 percent of the share capital in the Botswana entity. The subsidiary has not yet commenced business operations and has recorded no turnover.
The Botswana subsidiary will operate in the crane rental industry, which aligns with the parent company's core business. According to the regulatory filing, the entity was established to carry on crane rental services in the Republic of Botswana.
Sanghvi Movers Limited submitted the disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer Vinav Agarwal signed the notification to the stock exchanges.
The incorporation required no governmental or regulatory approvals and did not involve any acquisition consideration, as the subsidiary was established as a new entity rather than through acquisition of an existing company.
