Royal Enfield Launches Bullet 650 In India At Rs 3.64 Lakh

Royal Enfield has launched the Bullet 650 in India at an ex-showroom price of Rs 3,64,856, expanding its 650cc portfolio with a motorcycle that carries forward one of the brand’s oldest and most recognisable nameplates. Retail sales have commenced across dealerships nationwide.

The Bullet 650 is based on Royal Enfield’s parallel-twin platform and is powered by the company’s 650cc twin-cylinder engine paired with a six-speed gearbox and slipper clutch. The motorcycle is built on a steel tubular spine frame and uses Showa suspension components, with a 19-inch front wheel and an 18-inch rear wheel setup.

Positioned as an evolution of the long-running Bullet line-up, the motorcycle retains several design cues associated with the nameplate, including the teardrop-shaped fuel tank, hand-painted pinstripes, upright riding posture and bench-style seat. It also incorporates a casquette-mounted LED headlamp and the brand’s signature pilot lamps.

“The Bullet has stood as a symbol of authenticity, resilience and unmistakable character for over nine decades. With the Bullet 650, the approach was to retain the essence and character of the motorcycle while integrating it with the parallel twin 650cc platform,” said B Govindarajan, Managing Director, Eicher Motors and CEO, Royal Enfield.

Feature additions on the motorcycle include an analogue instrument console with an LCD that shows fuel level, gear position, trip information and service reminders. Royal Enfield is also offering a range of genuine accessories for riders looking to personalise the motorcycle.

The Bullet 650 will be offered in two colour options — Cannon Black and Battleship Blue — and will be available through authorised Royal Enfield dealerships across India.
