Routematic and Green SM Sign MoU to Expand Electric Corporate Transportation

Corporate mobility platform Routematic has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Green SM, a Vietnam-originated electric mobility company, to deploy electric vehicles across Routematic's enterprise transportation operations in India. The agreement was signed at Green SM's official India launch event in New Delhi.

Under the partnership, Routematic will incorporate Green SM's all-electric fleet — centred on the 7-seater VinFast Limo Green SUV — into its existing corporate mobility services. The company currently operates across 24 cities, serving more than 400 enterprises and 350,000 monthly users.

Routematic said its electric vehicle operations in Bengaluru and Pune have already helped clients avoid an estimated 15.7 lakh litres of fuel consumption annually through the deployment of over 400 electric vehicles. The company currently runs EV fleet operations in Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Delhi-NCR.

Green SM commenced operations in India on 5 June 2026, with Delhi-NCR as its first market. The company operates electric ride-hailing and fleet services across Vietnam, Laos, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

The two companies said the partnership aimed to support enterprises seeking to reduce carbon emissions from workforce transportation, in line with India's broader goals around fleet electrification and net-zero targets.
