Revolt Motors Launches RVX Electric Motorcycle At Introductory Price Of ₹1.24 Lakh

Revolt Motors has launched the RVX electric motorcycle in India at an introductory ex-showroom price of ₹1.24 lakh, inclusive of applicable PM E-DRIVE incentives. The company said the offer will be available for a limited period, with the motorcycle to be sold through its network of more than 200 dealerships nationwide.

The company also said buyers in Delhi will be able to purchase the RVX at an effective ex-showroom price of ₹94,990 after the implementation of the new Delhi EV Policy and applicable incentives.

The RVX is powered by a 4 kW mid-drive permanent magnet synchronous motor with a peak output of 5.3 kW and up to 230 Nm of torque at the wheel. Revolt claims the motorcycle can accelerate from 0-40 kmph in 3.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 90 kmph in its Boost mode.

Power comes from a removable 3.24 kWh NMC battery pack that offers a claimed IDC-certified range of 160 km on a single charge. Using the fast charger, the battery can be charged from 0 to 80 per cent in 80 minutes, according to the company.

The RVX is equipped with upside-down front forks, a rear mono-shock suspension and four riding modes—Boost, Sport, City and Eco. Other features include a 3.5-inch IP67-rated display, Bluetooth connectivity, over-the-air updates, geo-fencing, hill-hold assist, reverse mode, walk assist, vehicle locator, call and message alerts, and an immobiliser.

Commenting on the launch, Anjali Rattan, Chairperson, RattanIndia Enterprises, said, "India's new generation is ambitious, expressive and deeply optimistic about the future. They expect technology to do more than solve problems; they want it to excite, inspire and reflect who they are. The RVX embodies this spirit."

Alongside the motorcycle's launch, Revolt Motors also introduced its new brand campaign, 'India Karega Revolt', featuring brand ambassador Hardik Pandya. The company said the campaign is aimed at highlighting a new generation of electric two-wheeler riders.
