Renault Opens First new'R Store in Jharkhand

The new 3,000 square foot facility in Ranchi integrates sales and service operations and expands the automaker's national network

Renault India inaugurated its first new'R Store in Jharkhand on April 28, 2026. Located on Old H.B. Road in Ranchi, the facility is designed as an experiential urban retail outlet that integrates both sales and service operations.

Spread across more than 3,000 square feet, the new dealership features four vehicle display units, eight service bays, and a dedicated delivery bay. To mark the launch of the new facility, the automaker delivered five new Renault Duster SUVs to local customers.

The inauguration of the Ranchi store and its accompanying workshop brings the French automaker's total number of sales and service touchpoints in India to 638. This nationwide network includes coverage of over 200 locations through the company's mobile "Workshops on Wheels" initiative.

Francisco Hidalgo Marques, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Renault India, noted that Jharkhand is emerging as a significant market for the brand. He stated that the updated retail format is intended to modernize customer engagement and support the rollout of new products in the region.
