Remsons Industries Wins ₹60 Crore Commercial Vehicle Contract

Remsons Industries Limited has secured a significant ₹60 crore order from a leading Indian commercial vehicle original equipment manufacturer (OEM), marking another milestone for the automotive components specialist.

The contract, spanning five years, involves supplying gear shifters with push-pull cables to the unnamed CV OEM. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in the first quarter of fiscal year 2027, which starts in April 2026.

The deal reinforces Remsons' standing within India's automotive supply chain, where the company has operated for five decades. With manufacturing facilities across India and the United Kingdom, Remsons supplies components to manufacturers of two-wheelers, three-wheelers, four-wheelers, commercial vehicles, and off-highway vehicles.

Amit Srivastava, Group CEO of Remsons Industries, said the order demonstrates confidence in the company's technical capabilities and manufacturing standards. He noted that the contract aligns with Remsons' growth objectives and provides improved revenue visibility over the medium to long term.

The Mumbai-headquartered company manufactures a range of automotive components, including control cables, gear shifters, pedal boxes, winches, lighting systems, and sensors. Its products serve both domestic and international OEMs.

Remsons operates manufacturing facilities in Gurgaon, Pune, Pardi, and Daman in India, as well as in Stourport and Redditch in England. The company has earned Great Place To Work certification in India for four consecutive years and has received recognition for workplace culture and employee experience.

The new business is expected to contribute positively to the company's order book and support continued expansion in the commercial vehicle segment.
