Production of the BGauss RUV350 has commenced

BGauss has started production of its latest electric two-wheeler, the RUV350, at its Chakan facility in Maharashtra. The RUV350 offers features like Bluetooth connectivity, navigation, and range of up to 145 kilometers on a single charge.

BGauss, an electric mobility company, announced the start of production for its latest electric two-wheeler, the RUV350, at its manufacturing facility in Chakan, Maharashtra. This marks a step in BGauss's efforts to provide sustainable mobility solutions.

“We are pleased to begin production of the RUV350,” said Hemant Kabra, Founder and Managing Director of BGauss. “This model reflects our focus on innovation and sustainability. We believe the RUV350 will contribute to the electric two-wheeler segment and support the advancement of urban transportation.”

The BGauss RUV350 is available for purchase at all 120 dealerships, with prices starting at Rs. 1,09,999/- (ex-showroom). Financing options are available to make it accessible to a broad range of customers.

The RUV350 is equipped with a high-capacity lithium-ion battery, offering an ARAI-approved range of up to 145 kilometers on a single charge. It is powered by an In-wheel hyperdrive electric motor, providing smooth acceleration and a top speed of 75 km/h. The RUV350 is developed and manufactured in India to cater to the specific needs of Indian riders.

It includes features like 16-inch alloy wheels, storage space for a helmet and charger, and a robust metal body designed for durability and safety. The InWheel Hyper Drive Motor ensures reliable power and smooth acceleration, while the vehicle's gradeability allows it to handle steep inclines and varied terrains.

The RUV350 also includes a digital TFT cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, integrated navigation, and a remote diagnostics system. The digital display offers real-time information, including call notifications, turn-by-turn navigation, and supports features like cruise control, hill hold, reverse mode, fall sense, side and main stand sensors, and vacation mode. Additionally, it provides live vehicle tracking, geo-fencing, vehicle immobilisation, dual theme display, document storage, speed, battery status, and range.
