Priya S Kapur serves as Non-Executive Director and Chairperson of the CSR Committee at Sona Comstar, a global automotive technology company, while simultaneously managing investment strategy as Managing Director of Aureus Investment Private Limited, the Kapur family office.

Kapur's career spans investment banking, luxury retail, and family office management. She began her professional journey as an M&A analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston in London before returning to India to establish ventures in automotive retail, insurance, and luxury fashion.

Her entrepreneurial work included founding TSG International Marketing Pvt. Ltd., which introduced international fashion houses including Marc by Marc Jacobs, Stella McCartney, Moschino, Lanvin, and Jean Paul Gaultier to the Indian market. She also co-created Rock N Shop, identified as one of India's first luxury e-commerce platforms.

At Aureus Investment Private Limited, Kapur oversees long-term investment strategy with a focus on mobility, sustainability, and early-stage ventures. The family office approach emphasizes purposeful enterprises that align with values of lasting value creation.

Kapur also serves as a member of the ACMA Executive Committee 2025-26, representing the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India. Her involvement in the automotive sector extends through her board position at Sona Comstar, where she leads corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Her educational background includes a BSc with a double major in Mathematics and Business Management from University College London. She completed A-levels in Mathematics, Biology, and Art from The British School in New Delhi.

Beyond her business roles, Kapur maintains involvement in philanthropic activities supporting education for marginalized children, institutions for the visually impaired, and arts organizations. Since 2020, she has participated in the Foundation for Indian Contemporary Art Patrons Programme, supporting initiatives to develop new artistic practices.

Kapur leads Aureus Polo, a team founded by her late husband Sunjay Kapur. She maintains interests in wellness activities, art, and sports, including competitive basketball during her academic years and ongoing participation in tennis, paddle, and equestrian activities.
