Pricol Limited, a prominent auto component manufacturer based in India, has announced its consolidated financial results for the first quarter of the financial year 2025–26, ending June 30, 2025.
The company reported a consolidated revenue from operations of ₹877.66 crores for the quarter, representing a year-on-year (YoY) increase of 45.57% compared to the same period in the previous fiscal year. Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) stood at ₹101.86 crores, reflecting a 26.30% growth YoY, with an EBITDA margin of 11.61%. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter was recorded at ₹49.89 crores, up 9.51% from Q1-FY25.
During the quarter, Pricol entered into a Technology License Agreement with DOMINO S.R.L., an Italy-based leader in motorcycle control systems. The collaboration is aimed at expanding advanced two-wheeler handlebar control technologies—including throttles, switches, and related components—across India and Southeast Asia.
In recognition of its supply chain performance, Pricol received an award in the “Special Support in Supply Chain” category at Suzuki Motorcycle India Limited’s Annual Vendor Conference 2025. This marks the fourth consecutive year that Pricol has been recognized as a top supplier by Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited (SMIPL).
Additionally, Pricol Precision Products Private Limited (P3L), a subsidiary of the company, was honored with the “Excellence in Business Competitiveness” award by Ather Energy at its Annual Supplier Meet 2025. P3L also received the “Supplier Excellence Recognition” award from Mann + Hummel, underscoring its performance and reliability as a vendor partner.
Vikram Mohan, Managing Director of Pricol Limited, commented on the results: “The company has made measurable progress this quarter by focusing on operational efficiency, technology integration, and customer-centric solutions. While monitoring external factors such as the ongoing rare earth magnet supply constraints, we remain confident in our ability to sustain growth. Strategic technology partnerships are expected to contribute to future expansion. Our focus continues to be on strengthening capabilities and delivering consistent value to stakeholders.”
